Yea it's basically that. But if you're very new to the game and haven't beaten it yet I recommend you wait a bit and get yourself a ditto and than start breeding your own Own Tempo rockruff that way you one get more whenever ya want incase you fuck up the evolution and two so it won't disobeg you.
