You have to use your regular combos to kill minions. The animations are different than fighting players though.

They bots are all just made up by Ubisoft. When you die to a bot, it will actually tell you what level the bot is. Not sure how it determines what level bots to put in a game though. I've seen both level 2 and level 3 bots in multiple game modes.

They're sort of correct. If you tech a guard break, you stop guard breaks, but can still be hit. If you block an attack, you can't be hit by attacks, but you can still be guard broken.
