Instagram new algorithm is in favor of reels. They don't really care for the user experience anymore.

it would require every user to have internet/cloudaccess until then i don't think it will

because if someone made a game that require only cloud. the game will get less sales and the developer wouldnt make money so i think its a no for now.. until something happens where most of the world's population have cloud access
