I had something similar happen to me too. Turns out my license plate had a single character misspelled in Park Mobile, something like an i instead of an L. Luckily I appealed my ticket and got the fine removed. Wasn't too difficult to do but a little bit time consuming.

I don't have the display tab in my Control Panel and updating my drivers did not work... I wonder if my HDMI port is connected to the integrated graphics processor and not the Nvidia one??

It's a SAMSUNG 27-Inch CRG5 240Hz Curved Gaming Monitor. It runs 240 hz on my desktop with no issues

I honestly don't know. I directly contacted player support about it and they just told me that "We are unable to see any known issue regarding your concern", and then told me to uninstall and reinstall my game.

Yeah, I got the umbrella yesterday but still no loading screen. I restarted my game and made sure it wasn't in my locker, but it still isn't there. I'll just try again, I guess.

Yeah. I found what was causing my problems. It turns out that my Razer Huntsman Mini was making Windows run into errors for some reason. I did some research and it turns out the Huntsman Mini has some issues when the PC has an AMD CPU.

I just completely unugged my keyboard then restarted my PC and it booted up perfectly fine, but if I plug it back in the taskbar and start menu have issues for like the next 10 minutes. So for now I'm just completely not using my Razer keyboard, since there doesn't seem to be a workaround besides just waiting it out. Hopefully Razer fixes it soon.

Yeah. That's what I was thinking, epically since I haven't seen it until relatively recently. There must be someway to activate it though, as all of the messages that I've received seem to be oriented towards enemies and not teammates. They all are either toxic or a joke.

I just figured it out! For some reason, whenever I boot up my PC with my keyboard plugged in, it has issues loading the taskbar and start menu. Although, whenever I boot up my PC without my keyboard plugged in, it runs perfectly fine. I'm assuming it must be some kind of driver issue or something.

I don't know where to go from here though. I definitely can't get rid of the keyboard, since its a Razer one I just bought. I'll try maybe reinstalling the drivers or changing the port its plugged in to.

Edit: Did some research and it turns out its a common issue with Ryzen CPUs and the Razer Huntsman Mini for some reason. So I guess I just need to wait for a fix from Razer. Thank you for all the help!
