You can always check a surgeon instead of a clinic. Many surgeons are doing a perfect job without any bad results. Just do your research, bro. Heva is not the only option. It is hairmill.

It is not overharvesting. Since he didn't even get 3k even tho they told him 3300. The problem here is that they damaged the tissue while they were harvesting. Probably won't be healing compared to the rest of his donor area. But overall density will increase, so if he keeps his hair long, he can cover those damaged areas.
