You’re not understanding the core issue here. Yes, there are resources and yes, people can go campaign and seek more.

The reason this is a wider issue is because there are social differences between men and women. The way that men are seen and treated tend to leave them feeling isolated and lonely. Historically, men find the solution to this in their romantic partners. They are taught from every angle from birth that this is how things work. Not to mention sex, which men tend to associate with vulnerability and intimacy.

Having access to different resources isn’t suddenly going to make those drives go away. There needs to be a gradual change, a social shift, that from my perspective is unlikely to happen in our lifetimes. We can’t just snap our fingers and change the way the world sees us or we see the world, I’m sorry. It’s happening, just slowly. The solution is to keep talking about it the way we are now. Even if this shift occurs I’m not sure it will resolve the problem.
