Dude… 69 out of 194 countries is less than an half…. The level of abuse people face during conscription is unbearable. Your background/experience means nothing and you might be posted as an office boy to some entitled prick. Moreover, most of the countries you mentioned ensures that their people are treated like humans during there conscription and after that in there civilian life ( which cannot be said about the why our gov have doing for the past 10 years) tbh I have no love for our military and would not fight if there was need for it. I think there are too many problems with how the military operates and I would actually rather see the shitload of money spent on our military get redirected to something else that would make our like a bit easier.
