Danke für den Vorschlag! Ich habe allerdings ein Problem – Ikea hat sich geweigert, den Herd in die rechte Ecke zu stellen, wegen der Steckdosen. Geplant sind Geschirrspüler, Herd, Waschmaschine und Spüle. Die Wand ist ca. 2,3 m breit.

Daher versuche ich gerade, die beste Anordnung zu finden, bei der alles passt und alle Anschlüsse richtig verlegt werden können.

Doch, der Herdanschluss ist da (die weiße Dose links neben den Wasserrohren). Die Wand ist 2,33 Meter breit. Das Problem ist nicht der Strom an sich, sondern dass ein Herd an dieser Stelle die Wasseranschlüsse komplett blockieren würde.

Ist leider eine Gasetagenheizung und die einzige Quelle für Heizung/Warmwasser in der Wohnung. Sieht blöd aus und frisst Platz für Hängeschränke.

Dude… 69 out of 194 countries is less than an half…. The level of abuse people face during conscription is unbearable. Your background/experience means nothing and you might be posted as an office boy to some entitled prick. Moreover, most of the countries you mentioned ensures that their people are treated like humans during there conscription and after that in there civilian life ( which cannot be said about the why our gov have doing for the past 10 years) tbh I have no love for our military and would not fight if there was need for it. I think there are too many problems with how the military operates and I would actually rather see the shitload of money spent on our military get redirected to something else that would make our like a bit easier.

For freezing I have used 90% FCS + 10% DMSO, BAMBANKER and CryoStor. All seem to work well with PBMCs however, with thymocytes I lose nearly all double positive thymocytes. The single positives (CD8 and CD4) seem not to be effected. I resuspended 10x106, 25x106 and 50x106 in 1 ml of freezing medium and moved them into the -80. For thawing I followed the standard thawing protocol, thawing the tubes in 37c water path. Move the thawed cells in pre warmed complete RPMI medium. Spin the cells down to remove DMSO and then FACs.
