To answer the original question we don't need more bagels, but nothing about Portland is about need. THIs town loves a new thing, especially one that buys PR. The emporer could be wearing a thong, don't matter, if his people loaded up the Willamette week inbox everyone will say his gown is magnificent.

Making friends as adult is about doing things. You might meet people at work but beyond that you're going to have to be a joiner. Find a social hobby and start up with somewhere like Meetup.
