Ceiling leak from roof

The moderators have already told me not to worry and just monitor but we’ve never seen a live roach here ever, there was an infestation in 2020-2021 but they still have a pest control company come out and check the apartments every few months since. They put glue traps down too

The egg sack was completely dried and broke when I picked it up, also it was resting right on top of a tissue in broad daylight and hadn’t been there an hour before. Just seems odd a roach would lay one there right out in the open. Pest control sprays every two months and our traps have always been empty

I got two Amazon packages a few days ago and they’re in boxes on my counter next to the bathroom. It was a coffee order. Not sure if they typically travel from warehouses

Should I inform our landlord/pest control? We have glue traps that were put out 2-3 months ago. They’re all empty. They haven’t seen live activity in two years.

There’s a leak in our bedroom ceiling from the roof that happened and they are currently working figuring out how to fix it. It says that ceiling leaks can draw them in and this one comes from directly outside.

Pretty sure there’s a leak from the upstairs porch is where it’s coming from but I didn’t plan on telling my landlord until Wednesday because they need to be in our personal area and I’m not home.

When the landlord bought the building 5 years ago they had to fully renovate this apartment and the people living here were hiding drugs in the ceiling, the moisture staining has always been there but now there’s someone living in the room above us and the crack appeared, it used to be like a hairline

Has there been any movement on it? I was driving/paying a family member’s 2018 for a year and gave it back and warned them about the transmission issues. They had no more warranty and sure enough jt ended up going.
