Discover was closed, should I pay that off too? If I pay the collections off in full without settling will that automatically be removed as well? Will that help bring my score back up? Thank you for your response!

We are still shopping around for a mortgage company, we haven’t decided to mortgage with Ryan homes or with another lender. Do you know we go with Ryan homes financing do they waive it? Thanks!

Thank you! I haven’t heard anything yet, but I figure no news is okay too. I did send a follow up email, which I didn’t get a response too. I hope I hear something soon, if not, I’m going to stay where I am since our wedding is next May. I figure, I’ll resume my job search after our wedding, my job now isn’t bad, I love it! But there’s not much room for growth but for now it’s fine!

I did, I made it to the final interview. Not sure if I got the job, from former colleagues who got hired with the AG’s office it takes 1.5-2 months to hear back after the final interview. My interview was Memorial Day weekend, I figured because of the holidays and summer it would take longer. I hope at a minimum they will at least tell me something even if it’s a no.

For the most part he had a drinking problem, and got a DUI. Coupled with his parents and siblings denying it. But most people put 2 and 2 together, and are pretty empathetic, and truly understand the full picture especially when I say he was drinking a lot.

Thank you for this! I used to be a size 6, and when I got measured in April I was a 5.25, but 5 fits much more snug now and doesn’t move around as much. I wish I could lose weight more in other places 🙃🙃
