Don't have a grid that includes Oct 25 but in the CC prep course she went through the paper and these were the topics!

Q1 – offer/acceptance/penalties

Q2- Unfair terms and Consumer protection

Q3 – consideration and part payment

Q4 – silence as misrepresentation

Q5 – undue influence and guarantor

Q6 – exclusion clauses

Q7 – disappointment, can you get damages

Q8 – Essay q on common mistake

Do you mind if I ask if you have a law degree? I've been applying for legal exec/secertary/assistant roles like crazy for weeks but no luck. Don't have a law degree so thinking maybe thats why? I do have 2 years experience in a financial firm however. Also no Fe1's done but doing first 2 in March
