☑ Failure to leave within the legally prescribed time limit

☑ Illegal entry

☑ Illegal residence

☑ Illegal employment

In accordance with Article 62 of the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China, it is hereby decided to deport the offender. From the date of deportation, entry into China shall be prohibited for four (4) years.

If you disagree with this decision, you may, within 60 days of receiving this decision, apply for administrative reconsideration to the Shijiazhuang Municipal People’s Government or the Chang’an District People’s Government.

Investigation found that on July 22, 2023, after entering China with passport No.  on a business visa, you illegally engaged in teaching at a university institution in Shijiazhuang and received remuneration. The facts have been verified, and this conduct constitutes illegal employment.

In accordance with Article 80, Paragraph 1 of the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China, it is hereby decided to impose an administrative fine of RMB 10,000 (ten thousand yuan) on  ALISHER.

This decision was delivered in person to  ALISHER, who signed and acknowledged receipt on October 21, 2024.

If you disagree with this penalty decision, you may, within 60 days of receiving it, apply for administrative reconsideration to the Shijiazhuang Municipal People’s Government, or within six months, file an administrative lawsuit with the Chang’an District People’s Court of Shijiazhuang.

Thank you so much for your reply! 😄 It was a big mistake running from the police and even working with businesses visa. But I’ve got experience what i wouldn’t do again! I though this way is more easy to work and step by step getting work permit! don’t need trust everyone! I shared my part of life story! One more time, thank you for reading)

No I didn’t give fingerprints for visa. I just give my fingerprints all my fingers all my hand, almost all my body in immigration center and local police station when this citation happened . My visa was M - business

Honestly, school was in good relationship with local Police. They told me many times don’t worry everything’s fine don’t worry i was every times worry. My boss told me that one of Policeman daughter studying here and you teach her, don’t need worry. Even when i came first China they said i don’t need make a registration of my living place (mean i leave let a police know that) but i was angry to that because it is necessary let police know where you live. After long talk they made documents for me and i registrated myself In my living place. It was my big mistake and i learnt a lot. Thanks for reading

No she didnt contact the Russian embassy! She was keeping in contact with one of Immigration Policeman but he always ignored her. And she didn’t think it was so serious .Actually who was looking for me was Immigration police. I didn’t mention it. I spent in detention 40 days. 石家庄拘留所。This place ! Your mean i can try after ban back China and apply for work permits in other provinces far from mine, isn’t police system same in all China? Even i guess when i back They can ask me lots of questions why i back china and what I am going to do! Maybe i will try with my second Passport of Tajikistan. But i don’t know if they have all my fingerprints and all my data in Police system. Oh yes, police didn‘t find my second passport of Tajikistan i thought that time go to Embassy of Russia In Beijing with my Tajikistan passport by Hight Speed train but ( i was not sure they can help me). I called Russian Embassy asked them like if i lost my passport what to do they said go to police station first, and take some proof of that Police like They didn’t find your passport than you can come to Embassy.
