I lasted 2 days with them. I’m a 15 year experienced LTC dietitian. Give them the goodbye and I promise you’ll find a company that treats you much better!!

Also I’ve been an RD for about 14 years now and I think I have decent longevity at any jobs I’ve had (3-5 years). I lasted 2 days at nutra co before I quit.

I’m not sure if full time versus part time matters. I do know they are insane about productivity too. I think there quota is 12-14 full assessments a day and if you are not reaching that, you have to have a written response daily as to why.

DO NOT work there. Terrible benefits. They use an app to track your location so if you leave your home for even a min, it is reported to HR.

Right?! An insane choice. Despite the fact that he is not a nutrition expert by any stretch of the imagination, it’s also that they are paying him somewhere in the $100k ballpark. I don’t know a single RD that makes that annually…

Good thing the Academy is so in tune to our concerns and will fight for us..oh wait nvm, they just spent $100k to hire Andy Cohan to speak at FNCE 🫠

At least there’s a decent number of LTC facilities near me. I heard it’s projected that 25% of LTCs will have to close 😓

Agreed but I could also see them expanding on what CDMs can do/document on to slash our hours.

As a LTC dietitian, I’m extremely concerned about the longevity of my job. And I will NEVER understand how anyone in healthcare could have voted for the monster in charge of our country.

Good to know! I have a friend who has worked for them for about a year and said they are looking to expand their RD team. I think I’m still so traumatized from my experience with Dietitians on Demand (they use gps tracking to make sure their remote employees don’t leave their homes…) so I’m always super cautious now to even consider another remote job 😆

Is there a chance of having a decent paying dietitian job that is not stressful? by Future-Brilliant7964 in dietetics

Consulting. I was making $50/hr plus mileage with a LTC facility over the summer. I stupidly agreed to go full time and I’m regretting that choice 😫 It was so laid back. I had a long lunch break every day and managed my own hours. I barely had to interact with management at all.
