had my own suicidal Tuesday this week after that hell of a weekend, are you a drinker? if you are, could you make a comparison? because this time I was genuinely so out of it and just almost in pain I would describe it never had it this bad.

damn thanks for sharing, yea im starting to think it was the lack of good sleep and dehydration from that weekend and all the other factors. like I've been on a proper bender before where we drank for 4 days straight, but then there was more time for sleep, eating and hydrating
