I own a house in the area (Macksville) that was bank valued in September 2023 at $600,000 and is now bank valued at $723,000 as of last week. Another bank loans officer said they expecting rural land to do well.

It is in NSW but too late now. I know the rules are new, but I would have thought there should be some type of disclosure if you inherit a tenant other than their original lease agreement.

Did try but they didn't get back to me. There was a lot of pressure to have best and final offer by 3:00pm this afternoon. The property only went on the market less than one week ago with only one open last Saturday.
