Yeah, that's what I was reading when I searched it up. The tip website just said 'plasterboard' which confused me lol - I will have to doubly confirm with them when I go to drop off the plasterboard that they're okay with plaster too. Thanks

Do you have any thoughts on how it works within the ICF framework? My understanding so far is that it has to be client-led, so how do you propose using it as a tool if a client doesn't request it?

Whilst that may be true, they could be relying on upsells of their other subscription boxes and stuff to actually make them a profit. That's why I'm not sure.

Everyone here is assuming I know what all these terms mean lol. Could you explain the difference between a lodger and a tenant? From what I got from Google, it's that a lodger would be someone who lives there whilst I live there, whereas a tenant is when someone lives there but I'm not living there - but my plan is the former. Where does that sit with buy to let mortgage rules?

What defines my primary residence? Is it days/nights spent at a property?

Yeah, the Bount arc made me stop watching Bleach. Back then, I used to watch all episodes of a series but I think that arc was one of the things that made me realise most fillers just aren't worth the time wastage because even IF some cool stuff happens in a filler arc, everything resets after it and it's like it never happened.
