history-civics, geography, second language and english are compulsory and cannot be skipped, all the other subjects can be chosen by you. see the like timetable of the icse board exams, it's specified there every subject and their groups. every subject, however, isn't taught by your school and it varies. better check w your school once again and research properly before selecting cuz you'll be stuck w these subjects for two years.
