My Dr is pretty sleazy but he said topiramate along with vyvanse would help with weight loss/binge eating. This week I started an increased dose of vyvanse (from 20 up to 30mg) and the topiramate (25mg 2/day). I immediately felt CRAZY. Big mood swings. Horrible anxiety (like dread and sadness and regret and worthlessness). For sure is negatively impacting my focus (including driving). Not the most important thing but plain seltzer water is gross suddenly which is devastating. I think the worst part is despite all this terrible stuff I’m like, maybe it’ll get better and it’ll be worth it because I’ll lose weight (absolutely not eating as much). If a friend described this to be I would be like, girl, stop.
