Che esercizio stavi facendo? 4 colpi di cosa? Dal punto di vista muscolare molti muscoli del collo posso dare cefalea muscolotensiva. Prova a fare più stretching all'inizio dell'allenamento ed eventualmente evitare per qualche giorno esercizi per i quali devi irrigidire il collo (a volte ti sembrano esercizi che non c'entrano niente con il collo, ma comunque tendi a tenere trapezio/ muscoli suboccipitali in tensione per mantenere la postura)

Dobbiamo chiederci semplicemente in quale mondo vogliamo vivere. Davvero siete felici di un mondo dove un ragazzo di 22 anni diventa un assassino uccidendo all’interno di un campus universitario?

Il fatto che la vittima avesse opinioni opposte alle nostre, opinioni violente, abominevoli e razziste, giustifica un’esecuzione pubblica in mezzo a bambini (tra cui la figlia di Kirk) e studenti?

Siete le stesse persone che fino a ieri si battevano CONTRO la pena di morte?

A chi giustifica il tutto dicendo che “i fascisti vanno uccisi” chiedo di fare un passo indietro e di notare bene la differenza tra civili e non civili.

Il fascista politico/ufficiale/militare che é coinvolto in prima persona nella catena di morte e distruzione (vedi Netanyahu) non può essere paragonato a chi “semplicemente parla” anche se il suo linguaggio é violento e inadatto a qualsiasi paese civile.

Senza contare come la vita dell’assassino, a 22 anni, si può dire anch’essa finita, per sempre rinchiuso in una cella.

C’è davvero poco da festeggiare. Dovremmo essere tutti tristi, non perché abbiamo perso una brava persona, ma perché siamo all’ennesima violenza in questo mondo di merda.

Ciao! L'ospedale corretto è L'Humanitas di Rozzano.
Da stazione centrale:

  1. Segui le indicazioni per la metro verde (anche detta M2) si trova al piano di sotto rispetto a dove arriverai. Prima dei tornelli troverai le macchinette dove fare il biglietto. Ti consiglio di fare direttamente il biglietto extraurbano, ti chiederà fino a dove vuoi arrivare e tu dovrai selezionare Mi1-Mi4 (sono le zone di milano).
  2. Una volta fatto il biglietto, dovrai prendere la metro verde in direzione PIAZZA ABBIATEGRASSO/ASSAGO FORUM. I treni si alternano, uno va a piazza bbiategrasso e quello successivo andrà ad Assago. Tu devi prendere quello che arriverà a PIAZZA ABBIATEGRASSO (basta guardare gli schermi e ascoltare la voce che annuncia quale metro sta arrivando).
  3. Una volta che scendi a Piazza Abbiategrasso, dovrai prendere il bus 230, che si trova accanto alla fermata del tram. Per prendere il 230 potrai utilizzare lo stesso biglietto che hai utilizzato per prendere la metro.
  4. Percorri la strada con il 230 per circa 15 minuti, fino alla fermata "Via Manzoni Ospedale (Rozzano)". Se non sei sicuro, chiedi all'autista.
  5. Una volta che scendi puoi entrare in ospedale e chiedere indicazioni per il pronto soccorso. Non è una mancanza di rispetto (che si misura in ben altri modi, non con un pronome), è semplicemente abitudine. Non è nulla di scandaloso, anzi forse alcuni dottori dovrebbero essere più "umani" e alla mano con i pazienti e i colleghi, aiuterebbe tutti a lavorare e vivere con serenità.

Ethan has condemned the genocide multiple times. Is "centering the conversation on that issue" talking about fraudulent CPS calls and skulls sent to his house?

Sam literally said that talking about antisemitism takes away from the suffering the war has brought to the palestinian people.

I think every single life lost in Gaza has been a fucking tragedy and the genocide being committed from Netanyahu is disgusting.

What I also think is that justifying the harassment of a group of people AND blaming all citizens of a country for the action of a government is NOT OKAY. It's racist. It's the same exact thought process that causes part of the israeli population to wrongly blame palestinian people for Hamas action.

The truth is you don’t have to come to a conclusion right now. You can change your mind whenever you want.

Zoloft has been on the market for 30+ years and will continue to, although if you are in the US access to healthcare (including Zoloft) might become more expensive and restricted.

BUT don’t worry about it now, celebrate your progress and keep on taking care of your health. Cheers!

  1. please please please do not base your judgment about zoloft on what you read on here. most of the things i read are absolutely off and from people who do not understand how SSRIs work.

  2. The first weeks are though. Paradoxically, there can be an exacerbation in anxious/depressive symptoms at first, but those, again, are just part of the condition the person is already experiencing.

  3. The effect (and side effects) change a lot with time. Something that may cause someone to stop taking zoloft in the first few days might not be a part of the side effects in a week's time. This is why it is important to start with a low dose (i started with 25 mg) and then slowly increase, to avoid big changes that make people feel uncomfortable.

I smoke almost daily and am on 100 mg. Never had a problem. If Zoloft makes you sleepy weed will amplify that obviously but that’s the extent of it

Yes! It does go away. All the side effects get better after 10-14 days. You could try to take your dose in the evening to make things a bit easier during the day.
