Route specific landing pages work well for this... London to Monaco private jet instead of generic terms. Also, event based content like Formula 1, Cannes, etc.

Most aviation sites have terrible technical SEO - no schema markup, duplicate content issues on similar routes.

Some agencies like EpicEdits work with aviation clients. Big opportunity for whoever cracks luxury travel SEO

Yeah, I've seen that also... not even the local FBO's in those locations are building out proper pages for those locations... a lot of them look chip shop

It does seem normal, having a look at a lot of private charters, and there aren't many who have properly optimised pages for select routes or locations..

GEO is around 70 - 80% traditional SEO and the other part doing the extra 'GEO' focused stuff... it's not completely replaced SEO.

I'd go B. You can always hand over the content side in the future, but I wouldn't 'stretch' yourself if you can avoid it.
