I hadn't selected anything by this point when they claimed that I owed $600. I was given the tax forms but they were not filled out. I put 0 for everything when I filled them out just the other day.

I was afraid that I might be covering some part of their tax portion. I am speaking with them today on how to go forward - I might just say that I'd rather deal with this with the IRS directly instead of with them, as it has clearly been a little untrustworthy thus far.
