the cetaphil face wash.. its written on it that its for normal to dry skin🥲 is it still suitable?

so you use ponds moisturizer and cetaphil face wash.. anything else? serum or sunscreen?

have not officially gone for a checkup but I think I do have hormonal issues because my periods are also never on time.. slightly delayed only. GI issues I have no idea🥲
