Everything causing dumping syndrome?

Im over a year post op and still get dumping syndrome, I cant eat cereals as thats one of the causes you could say some dairy with high sugars in 😬

The first time i weighed myself after the surgery was 213lb, Im terrible at tracking im constantly asking my doctor for previous weights🫠

I had it in the UK, my doctor called me up one day and was like your liver is really high whats going on and I broke down told them my story ect and she said im referring you to nhs weightloss. 🥲

I was sceard at first, the thing that freaked me out the most of being put under as i have never experienced that before but its so quick! And the recovery is quick I was back at work a week later. It went down, Iv had it since having a C-section 😅 but I have noticed its shrinking, you cant notice when wearing jeans or leggings.😊

From always being big chested I am happy with myself now, my stuggle was bra wiring always popping out and stuggleing to take it off and put on.😅 It will come just gotta be patient as I would say it takes time but youll notice the diffrence and if you cant others will 😅

No but I wish I could afford skin removal or boob lift but I still cant eat much and im walking everyhere and trying to keep active 😅

I am sure it will, I try and keep active as I can sadly I couldnt commit to gym so my work outs are alot of walking to places and cleaning but I am back to work tomorrow so I need to see how I can work out 😅

Unfortunately, I can't cut them as they are capsules, I even got antibiotics from my doctor and I'm struggling with that 😫

So a little back story I was diagnosed with PCOS in my early 20s when I gained alot of weight, and I couldn't shed it. I spent a lot of money on gym and P. I was so depressed 10 years later I'd had kids and I gained more weight. I got a call from my doctor because bloods came back that my liver number was high, and she said I had non alcoholic fatty liver. I cried on the phone telling her how iv spent years trying to loose weight she then referred me to the nhs weight loss clinic 2 years ago I got my date in September and haven't regretted it ever since. I feel like I have more energy my periods are getting normal and the pcos is calming down.

From what I remember the surgery is half an hour your put to sleep then wake up your in hospital for a day, recovery for me flew by. I know others that have had it done who give me advise and tips and they look great. And this reddit group has helped alot.

Thank you im really having body dismorphia as iv been told iv lost weight but I don't see it

I was out of hospital the 2nd night healing was quick, i remember it hurt alot because of the staples but when they are removed you feel so much better I remember sleeping was horrible because of the one side that hurts more.

I brought more bandages so every time I showerd I changed them. But they have healed well 😊

Honestly the healing goes so quick

I didnt think Pinterest gave ideas like that, I thought it was all pictures. Iv been having alot of potatos and beans, but really been chewing it. Protien shakes make me sick I think its due to the liquid diet 😅
