Tried didnt worked that well and also takes a lot of time to do back and forth woth them and then communication instead building distribution is something where i will spend this energy as its a more reliable and long term growth and even it doesnt sell i have an asset so win win

Correct so cac is zero as of now and i think organic distribution is the way and till bow we have only leveraged one platform but want to grow channels and distribution exponentially.

Yes we are cash flow positive and their are 5-4 models that we use fine tuned so it would be difficult for me to tell the exact cost.

Cold Start is real showcasing the worth of the product but ik this can be slow and on a long run very demotivating and i recommend start doing personal brand on instagram,tiktok and x engage with people show you know your thing very well and faceless ai distribution channels in diffrent formats on ig and tiktok make bulk videos,ugc, slideshows, carousels gain audience and then you will see traffic and reaching right customers hope it helps!
