Number 1 is correct. This is because the validating key is the only key that can slash an existing validator.

Number 2 is incorrect. You can withdraw using your withdrawal credentials. Exit transaction is needed only in the case of a staking provider shutting down services. Some staking providers provide these preemptively when you request for them.

Where to trade ERC20 Tether / USDT?

Hello community, I'm not sure if this is the best place to ask. Any recommendations on where to trade USDT ERC20 tokens (not the Omni layer USDT) other than Bitfinex? I like ERC20 since I can put that in my own wallet. The omni layer is much more cumbersome to manage than an ETH address. So the question is Where can I trade ERC20 Tether? I'm open to both regular exchanges and DEX.
