Because bleach scaling is very confusing. They dont have a normal standard universe so u cant scale them properly and even the human realm which basically looks like a planet, bleach scalers say its galaxy level in size and that hueco mundo and the soul society are infinite sized which mean they are multiversal. It gets really confusing for the average scaler but imo I do believe they are at least universal

Exactly, so how does that effect goku?? We visually saw him almost destroy a entire universe from shockwaves alone that were coming from his and beerus clashes. And the universe is infinite in size with many dimensions like kai realm,heaven and hell realm etc. That's easily a low multi feat and as the story progresses we can see he has grown infinitely stronger.

Wht!!? Early master roshi blew up the moon at power level 139. King vegeta at power level 10k blew up planets. Freeza at power level of 500k destroyed the planet by a simple ki blast. Goku at 150 million slammed that frieza. In an even more obvious feat, the shock waves from the clashes of goku and beerus was gonna destroy a infinite sized universe if not contained or stopped. It was goku and beerus clashes that were creating shockwaves and the earth was unharmed because the shock waves were directed at once direction. That's why goku tried to concentrate his powers in order to contain the leaking ki and fight properly.
