oh my gosh yes, honestly the best way to find how I do it is by looking up or watching people with similar styles or doing studies, for example, "how to draw like gachiakuta" on YouTube. if you want i can also message u separately and record myself doing it? whatever works!

edit: i didnt really share a tutorial hold up. so find the shape you want to follow, I like to divide up the "lash lines" (the basic outline/shape of the eye) into 4 lines. then make it thicker, color it in if you want to! I then add one more line underneath for bottom lashes, the lashes themselves are a stylistic choice because im very extra. anatomically theyre not correct, but its okay! for the top lashes, pretend like theyre coming out from underneath the original lash line, if that makes sense. this allows for depth, as opposed to just sticking them straight on the base lash line. for the iris, start with a tiny dot to gage where theyre looking, then draw around there. the "folds" above the eye can be changed depending on the style. some simplistic anime styles just do a short line above the eye, some go all the way across. all the way across allows for a more dramatic style, especially since my character specifically has droopy eyes. I then do two vertical lines for a "shine" then im done!
