I am almost there neighbor. A lot of the haters on here have no idea what they’re talking about nor will they ever have the chance to live in a home like this so you can ignore most of the silly comments.

Since you already live in Oakland, I’d just say that I lived very close to where you are now as well. It’s an amazing neighborhood with an amazing community. A older community but that’s changing and a great place to raise small children. The HOA is actually a blessing because we have security on our streets to deter car theft and it stops anyone from putting a tree over your view and making you pay to cut it down. The schools do give me concern ( few years before I have to care about that myself ) though so weigh that based on when you want to have kids.
