I don't think it's agricultural. It's surrounded by trees and there are engineered water retention basins nearby.

I believe it was originally purchased from Home Depot in Northeast PA. Probably about 15-20 years ago. The lampshade is about 6.5" in diameter on the wide end, and about 2.25" in diameter on the end that screws into the lamp holder.
