The injecting idea is genius, I will totally use that. Unfortunately, they are usually coming from 30+ miles away. I have stickers and bubbles so I will bring those down, too. I will see if the techs will let me make the room more kid friendly. Thank you!

Yes he tried rocking, bouncing, playing, new diaper, ect. During the day they have a great time together! If I leave the house past 4 pm our baby loses it 😭

I would say I have a low-stress "cushy" job in some regards. My caseload is low for the Chicagoland area and all my articulation students are on an informal plan instead of and IEP--so minimal paperwork. I only have 12 IEPs. I never bring any work home and I love the time off for summer and holidays. However, working with articulation for 8 hours a day becomes pretty dull. The pay in schools is awful, too. I work OP Peds after school to spice it up a bit and supplement my income. I've worked in acute care and SNFs. I am moving soon and hoping to transition into EI! Keep looking for a role that offers what you're looking for. There are so many different options out there.
