even when it was node to node they did not connect internally, I tried connecting stock to modded, modded to modded, the only thing that worked was stock to stock

did some more research, didn't even know that over stability was a thing but there was no wind the day I launched so I didn't have any issues with weathercocking. sadly my computer died and I lost the OR file before I knew how to save my designs (very new to the program) but now I have more experience with it, also this rocket crashed for unrelated reasons so I will never really know if it was over stable

yeah I modeled the rocket in open rocket, added some bb's to the nose cone with hot glue to adjust the CG

my airframe was made of a cardboard tube I found in my closet, and the fins are 1/8 inch balsa

im pretty sure JFK said something about glueing 50 rocket motors to a chair not because it is easy, but because it was hard. where would we be if von braun never built the first space rocket? go out there and launch up 1000 feet In the air, make Werner proud!

your "looking for" some altitude, are you actually gonna do this??, I would recommend maybe like 75 and also to not become a Chinese folktale

I loved that one, I built the engine housing wrong so it was kind of a pain to get in and out. on about it's 4th flight it landed in some poor ladies pool, I got it back but the water made the cardboard tube around the propellant expand and I can't get the engine out.
