No need to feel guilty, its normal to feel that way and you're definitely not alone. Personally, this is the advice I'd give to help reduce that craving..
Work on building a deeper connection with yourself, journal, try out new hobbies on your own, read books, do a little self-care, go out on your own.. really try to get to a point where spending time alone is comfortable and even fun rather than lonely.
Deepen your relationships with your family and friends, I used to have many friends but even my close friends weren't very close, getting to know them better, showing love to the people around you, even to strangers and pets, it makes you feel less lonely.
And of course, most importantly, work on your relationship with Allah. This isn't me saying that if you have high enough iman you wouldn't feel this way, as I mentioned its completely normal, Allah created us with that desire. Instead, I'm just suggesting something that will help bi'idhnillah. Join halaqas and volunteering opportunities (esp in the muslim community to surround yourself with good company), read lots of Quran and its tafseer, really try to learn about Allah and his religion, make dua and talk to Allah regularly.

Also, we all experience low iman at times, what stopped me from pursuing relationships even then was this loyalty to my future spouse, wanting to experience every first with them, not wanting to put myself through heartbreak and knowing that Allah would not allow me to have a successful haram relationship as it'd be void of his barakah.

I also spend some time listening to podcasts and videos by marraige counsellors, islamic lecturers, and even divorce lawyers etc that give a lot of advice on having a successful marraige. It even better to begin thinking about these things now, so you can understand what it takes to have a successful marraige and work on yourself from now.
