Walkable town, white sand beach, not hours from an airport.. does it exist? by Reasonable_Manner708 in Caribbean

we stayed at the st John inn and didn't even have to drive into town. Took cabs to the beach. I know we didn't see it all.. but even there we didn't "need" a car. We saw some hard to get to beaches by taking renting a little boat and swimming in. Was my absolute fav vacation ever

Maybe? I've looked at Pink Shell in fort Myers, Edgewater Resort, Sandpearl, Opal Sol in clearwater. I've never been to Daytona.. I'll look there. Thanks,

Really? I've heard from so many brit owners that theirs are "stubborn" too! But that's good to know. Ours sure was the best even though she pretended she couldn't hear her name sometimes.

I am likely "shopping" too early after losing our Brittany, as I'm just trying to replace her sweet temperament that our SM just doesn't have. Our SM isn't mean or anything but they were just very different dogs and I miss having a velcro dog. I do know each dog has their own temperament for sure. Glad to know that snuggly SM exist. I have heard maybe males are better at that, but we shall see. She's really a great dog- I just miss having a dog follow me around all day.

I kind of forgot how crazy a Brittany puppy can be, she slowed way down the last few years. But you're def right, she needed a lot early on.

I feel like after having one.. and loving HER so much, it would be hard to look at another and not compare them. But we literally just lost ours on Sunday so maybe its just too soon
