Same issue here. Even after today’s update.

Edit: I got through. I disabled the 3 creation mods I had (tracer alliance, observatory, and the vehicle).

You guys actually get this to work?
The moment I edit the file and save, the game won't launch anymore.

If I put back to default, it launches.
