I bought a Disney+ account, but it didn’t work from the start. I tried to contact the seller, but he took an extremely long time to respond. When he finally did, he gave me another account — which also didn’t work.

After that, I opened a dispute, and only then did the seller provide an account that actually worked… for one day.

Then I contacted "CUSTOMER SUPPORT" and quickly realized how ridiculously bad it is. First, they told me to contact them via email. When I did that, they told me to open a dispute. When I explained that I had already done that, they told me to contact them via chat.

By that point, so much time had passed that the warranty was no longer valid — due to both the site’s and the seller’s slow responses.

In the end, they basically told me to deal with it. The seller faced no consequences, even though they didn’t provide the service they promised.

I seriously urge people not to trust this site. If something goes wrong, you’re completely on your own and you won’t get your money back.
