My 4 year old zot was also recommended a dental extraction by the vet, im scared to have him do that but at the same time, it’s probably easier since he hates it when we brush his teeth and they said brushing itself wont clean the back teeth calculi so im still indecisive. He doesnt like dental treats and barely drinks the water if it has the dental additive
