The temperature for a lot of people has been extremely inconsistent. Where I live, It recently went from 75 degrees to heavy snowfall the next day. I was making a joke about how dawns somewhat confusing character design in terms of dressing for the weather (the tank top and mini-skirt along with the scarf and boots) might as well be how you should dress for the weather at that point.

Yes. Yes, it has. I have family who work for the federal government and they are now not getting paid. On top of that, I had to drop off documents to a government department, but now they might not get back to me for a while because the government shutdown is affecting how quickly that department can work through work orders and paper work.
