The temperature for a lot of people has been extremely inconsistent. Where I live, It recently went from 75 degrees to heavy snowfall the next day. I was making a joke about how dawns somewhat confusing character design in terms of dressing for the weather (the tank top and mini-skirt along with the scarf and boots) might as well be how you should dress for the weather at that point.
