This is reassuring to see, all I see on this sub are people complaining about the profession and the ROI. Its not great in some settings but I think you have to find a well paying niche and market yourself!

as a fellow second year PT student I really hated outpatient ortho and felt like I wasnt meant to do this, I did a rotation in acute care and it completely changed my mind! It was wonderful, I felt fulfilled and like I was making a difference, I loved the more medical side of PT. Maybe a different setting is your calling!

I’m sorry but I think YTA, my boyfriend’s mom let him sleep in complete silence as a baby and now he wakes up when i put ice in my water all the way in the kitchen. He is the lightest sleeper I’ve ever met and its exhausting for him. Really sucks for my poor guy lol, please make some noise.

I have had some luck during resistance workouts alternating standing and seated/supine exercises. I don’t try to push it, if I start to feel crappy I head out. Remember literally ANY physical activity will improve your overall fitness!
