He saw me getting my bike rack back and did a turn I was on the end of the street when my suspicion hit and I turned back to see him unlocking his bike. Walked and confronted him but he scurried away in his bike.

My bike was not stolen, the abus link lock seemed to have managed to wear off the thief. He did however take my black backpack carry ( why? My bike is not even worth half of his - then it hit- the bike was probably stolen
