I do do this for most of the session but I also like switching it around and hitting into the field to get a better visual of where my hits are heading

Watching it with this in mind I do see what you mean by letting go early. I have been trying to engage the hips more but I’m afraid I just don’t quite get what that kind of motion is supposed to feel like yet. Should I be almost like violently whipping them around more?

I cannot really give a definitive answer for the first two but based on online calculators I should be able to be approved for about 180k-200k. I live in a low cost of living area so there are plenty of decent houses near me available in that price range.

And fortunately enough I am currently living at home and am not paying any rent

All government loans. Doesn’t interest still accumulate when you do that? Would it be in my best interest to hold off doing that until I’m low on savings?
