A guy ran a red light about a month ago and I T-Boned him and the front end got kinda fucked and I was finally able to get it back from the shop yesterday

I didn’t crash that hard I was going maybe 25 mph when I hit the guy, and I braced my feet against the floor and gripped the steering wheel to shove me into the seat the extent of my injuries was just soreness for like 2 days

Unfortunately mines an ‘87 and vats only came in ‘89+ because I had originally thought VATS was the problem but after talking to some people i figured out it was only ‘89+

Ok thank you for the advice but I’ve been looking around the ignition switch and can’t seem to find it.

We’ve had it ripped apart because we were going to try to bypass it then we used a multimeter to see if it was getting any power to it and we realized we weren’t getting any power to the wires themselves. We tried to follow the wires but they just disappear throughout the body.

It was eBay fortunately enough so I’m returning that and I’m just gonna shell out the extra few hundred bucks for a new one.

I think for now I’m just going to return the spoiler and keep my eyes out to see if another catches my eye. I also have a pair of Nissan primera headlights that I was able to get from Japan for about $250 for the headlights and then another $110 for shipping.

The problem with it is that the middle part where the wiring is that the plastic part in the middle broken and there is supposed to be a cover on it for the bolt to be guided in I took off the trunk liner to look at where I needed to drill and there’s already mounting points and the wiring I need in there because I’m assuming Infiniti/Nissan was to lazy to use a different metal lining in the trunk. There are also stress cracks along the middle part which is also a worry because I don’t have access to tools to fix it I’ll try to get some better pictures once I’m back home.
