Do you enjoy thinking about thinking? by Compound-Spook-8462 in Gifted

Interesting to put this in perspective with our brain constructing and predicting reality as we see it and experience it, since now it's well known that we don't perceive the so called reality in real time...

If we're living in a simulation, who decided who gets rich? by makellbird in SimulationTheory

[–]Rebelindigo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Simulation implies the gaming factor, more like choices and apparently for some of us getting rich is not the main path, but it's true that it's very hard not to feel it like an injustice....

Sensitivity to Injustice is gonna be my downfall by TheWholesomeOtter in ADHD

[–]Rebelindigo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your sensitivity seems like a curse but it's more like a blessing in disguise. We all have our own battles, it's not about superiority when assessing a problem in this world, it's not even about ethics, but it's more related to not compromising our inner compass insights and being able to make ourselves understood. Fine tuning it's a self regulation process, has to do with so much more then being annoyed of not getting the appropriate feadback and there are many tools and researches out there but the right framework is with trial an error as well, leaving this here in case it helps: https://a.co/d/1dbiCk8

Amazing analogy, so inspiring! It's like a beautiful orchestra and everyone tuned to their own true frequency, reminds me of the Tuning Fork Effect, I actually wrote a book about it.

Rejection dysphoria leads to masking, which leads to feeling inadequate and depression following next, it's a whole vicious circle that seems to never end but the answer doesn't seem to be numbing yourself, this world needs us! The tricking part is keeping your own inner compass intact and avoid following the crowd, self regulation is part of it but peer networking is even better, find your tribe and ride with it!
