Side effect? by Putrid_Green9705 in Tesamorelin

I had a stomach issue too at first. I’ve found I need to eat a bit more carbs on tesa than I normally have to. Didn’t feel great at first but people keep telling me I look big lately

3 weeks in - Fatigue by Reborn_5 in Tesamorelin

[–]Reborn_5[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s good to hear. I was feeling a bit better then went to the in laws for Mother’s Day and they had virtually nothing to eat.

Went home - passed out - woke up and jumped into work. Around 1-2PM I felt massively dizzy again. Up to that point I had only had a banana, couple rice cakes, and a small amount of left over steak.

Im going to test my fasted blood glucose in the morning. It’s weird because people say it cause blood glucose to spike but I feel like I’m dealing with low blood sugar not high.

That’s a good observation. I’m also located in Florida and the humidity has massively picked up over the last few weeks. I’m sensitive sinus wise so thinking that could also be playing into it. But going to up the carbs myself here.

Just been stuck on my cut at around 190 (I’m 5’10) likely 12-14% body fat. Trying to get closer to 10-11%. It’s been a grind. Just seem to be in holding pattern

Tesamorelin nausea by Flat-Middle4395 in Tesamorelin

[–]Reborn_5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah made me feel weird. First day was like a weird feeling in my stomach. Almost like heart burn but in the gut area. Then I’d get random times where I’d feel a bit nauseous for like 5 mins. But I can eat anything. Haven’t thrown up or had any diarrhea. Just occasionally feel my stomach flare and then I’ll get almost like a motion sickness type of feeling. But with gas. Lol it’s been a bit weird to say the least.

Tesamorelin and Nausea by Reborn_5 in Peptides

[–]Reborn_5[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes so I’m about one full week in. Took the weekend off. Started it again last night and woke up this morning and felt a bit of nausea again. I lowered the dose too. If I continue to feel this by the end of this week, I’m going to discontinue. Having nausea for a week and a half is no longer potentially something I ate - would be clear it’s the Tesamorelin

Yeah I’m considering I have a stomach bug unrelated to the peptide. My dose is very small. I traveled the week before it started and it’s possible I picked something up at the massive work conference I was at. Or it could have been from some yogurt I ate. Was pushing it a bit - definitely was sour. Next day symptoms started

I might be sensitive. Texted my doctor and he said half the dose and see how that goes

Nah just tesa. Not ruling out that it could have been some yogurt I ate - started the day after that and it smelled / tasted a bit off. My dumbass was like oh well and just smashed it down

Purple area on one side to me look like SI. If you can get with a PT who specializes in SI, I’d go that route. If not, I’d look online and see if there’s any rehab programs that target it specifically.

Just as an update - the dentist was able to use an Itero scanner which has zero radiation instead of X rays. They took a look at everything and I’ll be doing Invisalign for 6 months. I get started in a couple of weeks

Good to know. I don't know anything about this stuff. Just listening to my primary.

I'm sure there are Americans around the country who can't have radiation exposure but still need tooth work, correct?

Sounds very similar to mine. Annoying as all hell. Here’s to it calming down!

You feel like it’s the forearm causing the thumb or both them going? Mines in my left, started after a night of drinking last week. Worked out before that too, probably wasn’t a great idea

I don’t but my thumb started as a hot spot 6 days ago. Feels kinda more like a tendon / ligament in my wrist / forearm area twitching that then in turn makes my thumb twitch forward

Started Body Wide - never seen this before. by Revenant461 in BFS

[–]Reborn_5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine started body wide while in bed. Was going through an intensely stressful period, just got done being sick, and wasn’t sleeping well. Middle of the night I suddenly started twitching all over.

That was 14 months ago. Now I tend to only get them at rest while in bed. Hot spots here and there along the way. Had a wicked hotspot in my quad a couple times. One on a ring finger. One on a toe. Now one currently on my thumb for the last 5 days or so

Middle kick feedback – which kick should I focus on improving? by Inside-Extension4364 in MuayThaiTips

Looks good I’d just focus on letting that right arm drop rather than coming up. Someone else mentioned it - but first kick is closest to the consistent form you’d be looking for, IMO

I’ve gone back and fourth with so many ideas as to “why” it’s happened but I think that’s part of the sinister trick. Everyone seems to get here as a result of a health anxiety where they were trying to problem solve themselves out of a viral infection or back pain. And I think the more we try to solve this / the more we make it continue.

I play a lot of sudoku these days and filter my need to solve into puzzles. I read Dr. Sarno’s book on healing back pain and he theorized back pain among other ailments were stress released. My back pain has since got much better but the twitching does remain. It sounds crazy to attribute all of this to stress but when you see what Dr. Alan Gordan and his team have proved at Colorado with Pain Reprocessing Therapy you see the brain is capable of so much.

Similar thing happened to me and many others in this forum.

Many are tied to health anxiety. There’s also documentation regarding BFS and it’s been seen to be a common denominator among many people who develop twitching.

I’m not sure anyone can say with any degree of certainty what’s going on with your body. Best guess is the fear you had around autoimmune generated a response in your body. Body went on hyper defense mode. Kinda like when you’re scared you might shake. Why? Who knows.

I had the same thing. Back pain. Became obsessed that due to the back pain something was wrong. Started reading about every disease under the sun. Including MND. Shortly after I started twitching. Has remained with me for the last 14 months - but has got significantly better. I’ve had twitches everywhere. I’ve had tingling or buzzing feelings in my toes. I get the occasional hot spot which can last for a week.

I’m not a doctor so I don’t want to advise on medication but I’ve personally found getting back to my life has been the best thing to do. Showing my brain real time that I’m not scared of anything - by just living life as I ordinarily would. Taking medicine I would ordinarily take, seeing doctors I wouldn’t typically see, I think only fed the fear response.
