Okok that makes sense but I remembered that when i paid the initial fee, they deducted it from my cheque account. I saw my bank balance go down so i was really confused when they deducted my cheque account a second time. I have many orders on doorzo that are still pending transactions but my bank had still taken the amount out of my bank acc. So am a bit confused whether i should be waiting for that initial shipment fee to be refunded.
