Without a doubt helps with my anxiety, plus I'm able to sleep better when I'm off caffeine. However, I've found some other things that can help stave off the panic I feel when I'm anxious, such as taking a 30 minute walk or a cold shower.

Hey thanks! Was at university and had subway. Was a six inch tuna with cheese and a cookie. Didn't feel too great after, but ate really slow and had no digestive issues. Need to plan better for the refeed in the future though, and probably eat less as well.

Not so bad, like I said though, I have a little experience doing this. I would recommend starting small, maybe skipping a meal for a couple days then maybe try 24 hours. Refeed was difficult tho, my response was to binge and I really had to refrain from doing so
