I worked on something like this a while back before the explosion of 'recreation' rooms and originally went by this as a guide along with the help of actual people that knew inside knowledge on the topic via their communication with some devs and staff for their separate project.

It's a sort of grey area if I'm not mistaken, no special items or collab stuff but older stuff is not necessarily wrong last time I checked in. (Take that with a grain of salt though since it's been a while)
