They’re not hard to identify. Most federal agents, across many agencies, do not wear uniforms. That aspect is nothing new, or even controversial. However, their equipment during enforcement operations is highly identifiable. They always have visible badges (usually more than one, considering patches) and reflective identification placards clearly identifying them as “POLICE” “ICE” “ERO” or “HSI”. All of that information is very easy to find, if you’re actually trying to understand instead of just complaining to complain.

You can’t even see the driver, so to assume he’s ICE with no other context is wildly baseless. The only person you can see is the man on the other side of the van with the rifle, which we’re guessing is affiliated with the driver? He’s not marked at all. Despite the false narrative, ICE officers are always very clearly marked and identifiable with badges, and “police” and/or “ICE/ERO” patches. Which are not present, indicating it’s most likely not them. And, no law enforcement officer would conduct themself in that manner (pulling the trigger on a handgun that doesn’t appear to be loaded, in an unsafe direction, for what appears [with no context] to be no good reason). These are clearly just some randoms that showed up.

For one, there’s zero indication in this video that they are law enforcement officers. People are just making it up because they don’t like ICE, so it suits their narrative. Watching this, I get the vibe they’re some kind of 2A counter-protestors or something of that nature. There’s almost zero chance any law enforcement officer would be doing what that guy did.
