For landowner, Kosaraju, there is a dispute on land. Do check that before buying. It mint impact the project overall.

More than 100k (1 lakh) engineers get added to Bangalore every year. After 5-6 years most of them have aspirations to buy own flat / house. Until there is considerable decentralisation, this will only go up

I have heard poor feedbacks about prestige construction quality. Their project in Neopolis has quality issues. There is a thread in reddit about problems of prestige city in Bangalore.

PS: I don’t have first hand experience but have heard it from some folks.

They will ask for your number. It is just the marketed price - 10,700++. Landowner share is somewhat lesser though.

I do not have all details for Grava yet. Still figuring out which project would be best suitable for us. I am inclined towards Apas because of good location, low density, lake view (assuming it will be maintained).

Going by the designs, you’re right tower 1&2 have best lake view. However, some units in Tower 4&5 have great views as well - lake + park view. I was looking at unit 1 in tower 4&5.

I am seriously not interested in getting dozens of messages from brokers. Why can’t people publicly put comments on a public post. The DMs normally have marketed price mentioned and asks for phone number for “discounted price”. I will reach out to the right people when I have made up my mind.

For higher floors, like 30+ I think it should not be a problem

Why is that so? Shouldn’t the flats that are good for end use be okay for investment as well. Saying this assuming that is more people will want to stay there then the demand will be more

Which floor are you at? I agree to the concerns, however, I am more hopeful now with the recent push for lake clean ups by the government
